Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Retainer & Professional Advisory Fees

Zephyrvisa charges professional advisory fees, case preparation costs, and document auditing services under formal retainer contracts. All baseline consultancy calculations, points vetting sessions, and initial website points audits are delivered 100% free of cost.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Our refund rules are transparently declared in each client's physical retainer agreement signed at our Bangalore HQ:

• Force Majeure / Legislative Changes: If federal immigration guidelines change drastically, rendering a filed category obsolete before document lodgment, clients may qualify for partial refunds as mapped in their custom agreements.
• Government Application Fees: Please note that all visa application processing fees, skill assessment charges, and medical verification costs paid directly to target authorities (like ACS, EA, WES, or state bodies) are strictly non-refundable by those departments.

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of questions regarding payment schedules, milestone completions, or refund clearances, clients are advised to submit direct claims to enquiries@zephyrvisa.com. The Koramangala HQ legal panel resolves all valid claims within 14 business days.
